The Initiative for Inclusive Dialogue in Nigeria (IIDN) is a non-governmental organization. We promote social cohesion and sustainable development in Nigeria, through our educational, capacity-building and awareness-raising efforts. 

Vision: Fostering a nation where all Nigerians are committed to mutual respect, equity and the sustainable use of our nation’s many resources.

Mission: Building knowledge and implementing capacity-building activities that will strengthen social cohesion and fast-track sustainable development attitudes, across the nation.

Values: At IIDN, we strongly value and desire the upholding of human rights in economic growth and development. We value unhindered inclusion across different sectors of the Nigerian society.
